Shipping policy
Digital Delivery & Instant Access:
Good news, there is no waiting for the postman or paying for shipping! All of my designs are completely digital, which means they are delivered straight to your device.
How to Access Your Files
- On the Confirmation Page: As soon as your checkout is complete, a "Download Now" button will appear right on your screen. You can grab your files immediately!
- By Email: You will also receive an automated email from us containing your secure download link. This email is sent to whichever email address you entered at checkout.
Troubleshooting Tips
Digital delivery is usually instant, but technology can occasionally take a quick breather. If you don't see your links within 5 minutes, please try the following:
- Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders (sometimes automated shop emails get filtered there).
- If you checked out using Apple Pay or Shop Pay, double-check the email address associated with those accounts, your files may have been sent there instead!
File Access & Support
- Save Your Files: We highly recommend downloading your files directly to a computer, laptop, or your preferred cloud storage (like Google Drive or iCloud) right away so you always have permanent access.
- Need Help? If you run into a glitch, can't find your email, or accidentally closed your checkout tab before downloading, don't worry! Drop us a message with your Shopify order number, and we will happily re-send your links.
